Acquired in 1998, 6060 North Central Expressway is an eight-story urban infill office building in Dallas. The previous offshore owner had not invested improvement capital into the project, and the Class C building was in a state of disrepair. When Prescott acquired the property and the excess five acres of land, the building was only 65% occupied at below market rents. Prescott repositioned the asset as a true Class B alternative in a Class A location.
