Harbour Pointe Tech Center is a 335,000 square-foot, four-story office and research facility in North Seattle (Mukilteo). Formerly a torpedo testing facility for Raytheon, the building was purchased by Prescott in 2000 due to its substantial floor loading, extensive power and its unique design for $72 per square foot. An additional 20 acres of land was also acquired adjacent to the building for future development or sale.
